Welcome. Keep in mind that you need to have at least 4 pieces of art uploaded before you can get scouted by other artists.
After you get scouted by an approved artist, your art will show up in the art section of the site for everyone to see. Until then, only people who visit your userpage or visit the "unscouted artists"-part of the art section can see it.
After you get scouted. you can also help other artists by scouting them if you think their art is good enough for the site.

Your art seems really good though, so I doubt you'll have any problems getting scouted if you just upload art regularly.
